Description
The McAuley is looking for a part-time C.N.A certified Wellness Assistant. We have two opportunities available: Day Shift 16-hour position that is every Saturday and every other Sunday 7-3 and a Per Diem position.
Requirements
- C.N.A Certificate in the State of Connecticut
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Home health care experience preferred
- Lifting, carrying, and assisting with residents up to 250 pounds
- Standing or walking for most of an eight-hour shift
- Performing tasks requiring hand-eye coordination
- Wearing protective equipment
- Distinguishing sounds
- Reaching or bending for items
- Reading small print
- Maintaining clear communication
- Strong focus and interpersonal skills
