About the role
Meadow Ridge is the premier life care retirement community in Fairfield County, located on 136 acres in beautiful Redding, Connecticut. We aim to make our residents feel at home, ensuring they are comfortable and cared for in our Assisted Living neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
- Performing other duties as needed
Requirements
To be considered for employment, candidates must be a CT State Certified CNA.
Qualifications
Must be a CT State Certified CNA to apply.
Skills
Customer service skills, ability to perform basic tasks, and knowledge of health care procedures are essential.

Pay
Hourly Wage Range: $20-$21.25
Shift differentials: $1.50 for the 2nd shift, $2.00 for the 3rd shift, and $1.00 for weekends.
