CNA All Shifts Available Full-Time

About the Role

Westgate Gardens Care Center is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to enriching lives—one person at a time. Our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centered care in a warm, homelike environment that helps residents thrive through their recovery journey. We are seeking CNAs for full-time and part-time shifts. New CNA graduates are welcome!

What You'll Do

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, mobility, and more
• Promote dignity, safety, and comfort in all resident interactions
• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Engage in ongoing training, education, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Current CNA in the state of California, or have completed an approved OBRA training program
• Passionate about supporting seniors with dignity and respect
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, energetic, and uplifting team environment
• Have strong communication skills and a positive, resident-centered mindset

Pay & Schedule

• Pay range $18.00-$18.50/hour BOE
• Full-time and part-time schedules available
