About the role
Part-time night shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Starting pay at $20/hr based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in all aspects of activities of daily living: bathing, showering, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
- Reposition patients and assist with transfers from beds, wheelchairs, and other mobility devices.
- Observe and report any unusual findings to the charge nurse.
- Ensure the call system is within reach of residents and answered promptly.
- Assist nursing staff with height measurements, temperature, pulse, and respiration checks.
- May assist residents with errands and activities.
- Document patient records using PCC and complete in-service training.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and CPR certification.
- Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English.
- Experience with patient care and electronic documentation (PCC).
