About the role

Edgefield Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Edgefield, South Carolina, serving the communities of Aiken and Augusta. We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including personal hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and common areas
• Document resident care and progress accurately and timely
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Active South Carolina CNA license
• Valid and unencumbered South Carolina CNA license
• CPR certification
• Availability to work every other weekend

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse's Assistant program

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience and empathy

Benefits

• $14-18 per hour
• 8-hour shifts: 3rd shift (11p-7a)
• Shift differentials: $2/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts, $3/hr for weekends
