Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program
• Provide assistance with daily activities
• Ensure a structured routine
• Support individual community outings
• Prepare meals
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Provide personal care
• Distribute medications
• Work in a supportive and collaborative environment
• Provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community
• Organize and facilitate outings such as movies, shopping, dinner, baseball games, and bowling

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
• Compassionate and enjoys making a difference in someone's life
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid drivers license; Use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical required upon hire and TB update every two years after
