About the role

We are hiring a Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver / Warehouse team member to deliver and unload finished products, parts, and materials to customer locations. You will also assist in the warehouse as needed to receive, store, and distribute inventory.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle locally.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
• Provide excellent customer service—our drivers are key ambassadors of our company and build relationships with customers.
• Read, write, and understand English, as well as use navigation software.
• Assist in the warehouse 20% of the time.
• Perform any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (10,001–26,000 lbs vehicle).
• Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.
• Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as assigned.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Schedule

• Shift start varies from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM.
• Monday–Friday, home every night, with local driving to regular customers.
• Opportunity for overtime hours.
• Rare Saturdays may be needed for inventory.
• Full-time, guaranteed position.

Travel Requirements

• Eighty percent (80%) of work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle.
• The remainder of work activities are performed outdoors.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting, standing, and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Pay

$29–$32 per hour.
