Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately within the scope of your certification and training.
• Follow physician orders, medication administration records, and facility procedures.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to licensed nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate medication and care documentation.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe care environment.
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification recognized in Missouri.
• Ability to follow medication administration procedures and facility policies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and a professional attitude.
• Compassionate approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Both day and evening part‑time positions are available.
