CMT / CNA

Responsibilities

• We provide quality care for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
• Care includes personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation.

Pay

• Base pay is $16.00 per hour.
• Some shifts do pay more depending on the level of care needed.
• AVA program offers caregiver recognition gift card rewards.
• Daily and weekly pay options are available.
• Travel time and mileage reimbursement.
• Paid sick time.
• Paid orientation, training, and continuing education.
• Referral and recognition bonuses.

Requirements

• Active CNA/CMT/GNA/CPR licensed with the Maryland Board of Nursing is REQUIRED.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and current car insurance.
• Can pass criminal background checks.

• Some other similar roles include companion worker, caregiver, Live-In Caregiver, patient care tech, certified nursing assistant (CNA), certified home health aide CHHA, home health aide (HHA), or direct care workers.
