About the role

Springfield Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a 146‑bed facility with a home‑like environment and a new 30‑bed rehabilitation wing. As a Certified Medication Technician you will work DAYS, building relationships with residents and their families while providing medication support in a caring setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Chart medication administration precisely in the Patient Care Record.
• Work as a team player with a pleasant and cheerful demeanor.
• Develop positive relationships with residents and their families.

Requirements

• Current Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification.

Skills

• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Accurate charting and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; team‑oriented, pleasant and cheerful personality.

Pay

• $2,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus for part‑time positions.
