Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' daily needs and update their personal Resident Care Plan in collaboration with the nursing team.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Medication Technician (MD, PA, VA, RI).
• Positive attitude and passion for working with people.

Pay

Salary range: USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 per hour. The final offer will consider factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training.
