CMT- Certified Med Tech

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA).
• Positive attitude and love working with people.

Pay

USD $21.00 - USD $24.25 per hour. The salary range reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
