Position Summary
As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to safely administer medications and provide high-quality care to residents. Your role is essential in ensuring timely, accurate medication delivery and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and efficiently per physician orders
- Complete medication passes within scheduled timeframes
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the Charge Nurse promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation, including PRN charting and medication records
- Monitor medication supplies and report reorders as needed
- Assist with drug inventory and documentation compliance
- Follow all facility policies, safety protocols, and state regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and training sessions
Qualifications
- Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification – Missouri (Required)
- Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license – Missouri (Required)
- BLS/CPR Certification (Required)
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Schedule
Evening Shift (Full-Time / Part-Time opportunities available)
