About the role

Nest & Care is seeking Personal Caregivers to provide exceptional care to clients in the Montgomery County area. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who have a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help those in need.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and companion care, including hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Read the client's care plan and assessments, and provide consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client
• Observe clients, recognize changes in their behavior or health, and notify appropriate Nest & Care personnel if necessary
• Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients being serviced
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, and others

Qualifications

• CMT with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, or similar settings
• No attendance issues
• Available to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am to 2pm
• Able to drive and run errands
• Belief in making a difference in the lives of clients
