Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Administer and/or assist with self‑administration of prescribed medication to residents and maintain related medical records under the supervision of an RN and/or LPN.
• Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas.
• Feed or assist any resident as needed.
• Make frequent rounds and check on residents.
• Supervise nurse’s aides, ensuring they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately.
• Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary.
• Follow‑up to ensure correction of any problems found.

Requirements

• Must have a current Missouri‑MO CMT‑Certified Med Tech Certification.
