CMS Supply Planning Lead

Key Responsibilities & Interfaces

• Develop and strengthen the process to translate the demand plan into details supply requirement signals.
• Communicate changes in the supply requirement signals as a co-lead of the monthly demand review forum.
• Collaborate with supply functions to assess the requirement signals against existing supply plans to identify gaps in capacity, materials, or capabilities.
• Evaluate changes to existing production, supplier, inventory, or engineering support strategies needed to eliminate or reduce identified gaps.
• Proactively identify execution risks and their impact to facilitate more informed risk awareness and mitigation.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience within production oriented roles of increasing responsibility.
• Experience with planning processes focused on optimizing the long-term strategy for a function, program, or business unit.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning forums or reviews and driving alignment at multiple organizational teams or levels.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, purchasing and inventory strategies, and end-to-end supply chain dynamics.
• Familiarity with procurement, inventory, production, and engineering planning practices and tools.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience within production or oriented roles of increasing responsibility.
• Experience supporting Integrated Business Planning or Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning processes.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP or similar certifications in end-to-end supply chain planning.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $136000 - $231200
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
