CMP Maintenance Equipment Technician

About the role

CMP Equipment Maintenance Technicians perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment within a cleanroom environment. This factory-based position supports the CMP equipment team and requires working in a cleanroom while wearing appropriate cleanroom attire and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CMP fab equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to eliminate recurring tool failures
• Improve system performance to meet process requirements and increase tool reliability
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret tool performance data
• Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance procedures
• Partner with engineers to design and execute equipment improvement projects
• Clearly communicate equipment status during daily verbal pass-down meetings
• Provide clear, concise written communication to engineers and technicians across shifts
