About the role

As the CMO, IP-RTC, BC-Child & Adolescent Position at Laurel Heights Institute in Atlanta, GA, you will lead the strategic direction of the organization's marketing and communications efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and web content.
  • Manage public relations activities to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Lead the development and implementation of annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in healthcare or mental health settings.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results-driven approach.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare marketing and communications.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
