About the role
As the CMO, IP-RTC, BC-Child & Adolescent Position at Laurel Heights Institute in Atlanta, GA, you will lead the strategic direction of the organization's marketing and communications efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to support organizational goals.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and web content.
- Manage public relations activities to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Lead the development and implementation of annual marketing plans and budgets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in healthcare or mental health settings.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
