Schedule
Hybrid; 3 days onsite per week with remote flexibility for remaining days. Must be local.
Requirements
- Direct Nuvolo CMMS implementation experience required.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience implementing and managing Nuvolo Service Operations, CMMS, Facilities, Clinical Engineering, or Asset Management solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and related integrations.
- Proven success stepping into mid-stream implementations and quickly establishing project control.
- Extensive Agile project management experience, including sprint planning, backlog management, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience managing technical teams consisting of developers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Strong project governance, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Facilities Management, Clinical Engineering/Biomed, Asset Management, or Maintenance Operations workflows (strongly preferred).
- ServiceNow and/or Nuvolo certifications (strongly preferred).
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related project management certifications (strongly preferred).
- Experience working within large integrated health systems or academic medical centers (strongly preferred).
