CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro paragraph: "At ReLogic Research, you won’t be just another headcount. We are a tight-knit team of engineers, physicists, and technical professionals solving complex challenges in national defense and we are looking for a technically sharp CMM Programmer and Quality Inspector who takes pride in precision and gets satisfaction from turning a complex engineering drawing into a clean, accurate inspection result. As an AS9100D-certified small business supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Missile Defense Agency, our inspection capability is a core part of both our manufacturing and metrology service offerings. This is a hands-on technical role. You will be programming and operating our Zeiss CMM, developing inspection routines, interpreting engineering drawings, and generating the dimensional data that drives quality decisions across our programs. If you are the kind of person who can read a GD&T callout, set up the part, write the program, and deliver a clean inspection report, ReLogic is where you belong."
That's about the role.
Then "Primary Responsibilities" list bullet points.
Then "Required Qualifications" list bullet points.
Then "Preferred Qualifications" list bullet points.
Then "This is a full-time salaried position with highly competitive compensation based on experience and skills, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth."
Then EEO boilerplate to remove.
We need sections: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications?). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?). Skills (maybe combine required/preferred? But we have separate sections for Required and Preferred; we could map Required Qualifications to "Requirements" and Preferred Qualifications to "Qualifications" or "Skills". The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have:
- About the role (intro)
- Responsibilities (list)
- Requirements (Required Qualifications)
- Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications) maybe.
- Skills (maybe we could extract skills from required/preferred? But we already have those; maybe we can put skills under Requirements? However we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Required and Preferred into Qualifications? But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Benefits (mentioned), Pay (mentioned as "highly competitive compensation based on experience and skills"), Schedule (full-time salaried position). So we have content for Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills maybe not needed if we already have Requirements and Qualifications. But we could also put skills under Requirements? However we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide:
- About the role: intro paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list of primary responsibilities.
- Requirements: Required Qualifications.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications.
- Benefits: "comprehensive benefits" (but we need specific content; posting says "comprehensive benefits" but not details. That's vague; is that considered specific? It says "comprehensive benefits" without detail. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "comprehensive benefits" is vague but not a placeholder like those. It's still somewhat generic but maybe acceptable? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be better to omit Benefits if not specific. However they said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". "comprehensive benefits" is not specific; it's generic. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit Benefits section.
- Pay: "highly competitive compensation based on experience and skills" - that's also vague but indicates compensation based on experience. Not a specific number. Might be considered placeholder? It's not "commensurate with experience" exactly but similar. Might be considered vague. The rule says never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "highly competitive compensation based on experience and skills" is similar to "commensurate with experience". Might be considered filler. Safer to omit Pay.
- Schedule: "This is a full-time salaried position". That's specific: full-time salaried. That's concrete enough. So we can include Schedule section with that sentence.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Schedule.
We could also include Skills if we want to extract skill statements from Required/Preferred but we already have those sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Good.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications.
We need to format lists with - .
We need to use
for prose.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft:
About the role
At ReLogic Research, you won’t be just another headcount. If you are the kind of person who can read a GD&T callout, set up the part, write the program, and deliver a clean inspection report, ReLogic is where you belong.
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate Zeiss coordinate measuring machines to inspect precision aerospace components and assemblies
- Develop, validate, and optimize CMM inspection programs from engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
- Perform dimensional inspections for first article, in-process, and final inspections
- Use precision hand measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges for incoming and in-process inspection activities
- Generate clear, accurate inspection reports and dimensional data packages for internal and customer use
- Support First Article Inspection documentation in accordance with AS9102
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements per ASME Y14.5 to define inspection strategy and measurement approach
- Maintain CMM equipment including calibration coordination and routine maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve dimensional non-conformances
Requirements
- Hands-on experience programming and operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing or inspection environment
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5
- Experience using precision hand measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Experience generating inspection reports and dimensional data packages
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Qualifications
- Zeiss Calypso CMM programming software experience strongly preferred — familiarity with Zeiss CMM equipment and Calypso inspection routines is a significant plus
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with AS9100D quality management requirements
- Experience supporting First Article Inspection per AS9102
- Familiarity with structured light scanning or other metrology equipment
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering technology, or related field
Schedule
This is a full-time salaried position.
We should not include Pay/Benefits sections.
Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO lines.
Check for duplicate lines: none.
Check for any mention of "highly competitive compensation based on experience and skills, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth." We omitted that; is that substantive? It's somewhat vague but includes "opportunities for career growth". That could be considered substantive. However we omitted it; maybe we should include a section like "Opportunities" but not in allowed headings. Could we incorporate that into About the role or Schedule? Could add a sentence about career growth in About the role? But we must not invent content; we can add it as a paragraph under About the role or maybe under a separate section like "Benefits"? But we decided to omit Benefits due to vagueness. However "opportunities for career growth" is somewhat specific. Could we add a short paragraph under About the role? The About the role currently ends with "ReLogic is where you belong." We could add another sentence after that about compensation and career growth. But we must not invent; we can include that sentence as is. Let's see if we can incorporate it without creating a new heading. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding a sentence to About the role is fine.
Thus modify About the role paragraph to include the compensation and career growth sentence at the end.
Original About the role ended: "ReLogic is where you belong." We can add: "This is a full-time salaried position with highly competitive compensation based on experience and skills, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth." But we already have Schedule section for full-time salaried position. Might duplicate. Better to keep Schedule section for full-time salaried, and add compensation and career growth to About the role or maybe a separate section like "Compensation"? Not allowed headings. Could add to About the role after the existing sentences.
Thus About the role paragraph becomes:
At ReLogic Research, you won’t be just another headcount. But then Schedule section would be redundant. We could drop Schedule section and keep that sentence in About the role. However the instruction says include Schedule section only if posting has real specific content for it. The posting says
for prose. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
