CMM Programmer/QA Inspector

Essential Functions

• Set up, program, and calibrate CMM machines to inspect parts per specifications
• Perform and document inspections at all stages—receiving, in-process, final, and shipping—using precision measuring tools
• Support First Article Inspections (FAIRs), nonconformance reporting (NCRs), and documentation in the ERP system
• Work closely with Engineering and Production
• Review and approve MRB dispositions
• Contribute to corrective actions, audits (AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 14001), and quality improvements
• Train others in measurement techniques
• Support cross-functional teams to meet production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma and minimum of three years of experience in quality assurance or a related field required; contract manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficient in CMM setup, operation, and programming
• Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001, AS9102, and FAR–DFAR requirements
• Familiarity with quality testing tools and procedures
• Strong English communication skills, including the ability to write clear and detailed documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent customer service skills and a focus on building strong client relationships

Pay

$33.22 - $37.11 per hour
