CMM Programmer

About the role

We're looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to join our Quality team. If you're highly skilled in PC-DMIS, GD&T, and dimensional inspection, this is an opportunity to play a key role in new product launches, process improvement, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS
• Perform First Article Inspections
• Program and operate Vision Systems
• Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
• Support new product launches and APQP activities
• Recommend and develop gaging and fixture solutions
• Train and mentor Quality Technicians
• Partner with Engineering and customers on measurement solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of CMM programming and dimensional inspection experience
• Advanced PC-DMIS programming skills
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
• Experience with Vision Systems
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
