Responsibilities
- Aid in office exams
- Triage phone calls
- Administer ordered vaccines
- Perform point-of-care testing
- Reconcile incoming documents from specialists or hospitals
- Review current vaccine status with State Immunization Registry
- Assist providers with exams, in-office procedures, and patient care
- Perform vision and hearing tests as required by age of exam
- Medication reconciliation
- Complete proper screening questionnaires based upon AAP Bright Futures
- Maintain stocked, neat, and clean examination rooms and common work areas daily
- Follow quality measures needed during visit for our Patient Centered Medical Home program
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Certificate or License for respective credentials
- Minimum two years’ pediatric office experience
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability and experience with Electronic Medical Records
- Ability to build rapport with patients and families
- Adhere to established policies and procedures including OSHA guidelines and the Corporate Compliance Program

- 4 days per week with rotating Saturday clinic coverage
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 P
