CMA/LPN (Pediatric Practice) - Goodlettsville Pediatrics

Responsibilities

  • Aid in office exams
  • Triage phone calls
  • Administer ordered vaccines
  • Perform point-of-care testing
  • Reconcile incoming documents from specialists or hospitals
  • Review current vaccine status with State Immunization Registry
  • Assist providers with exams, in-office procedures, and patient care
  • Perform vision and hearing tests as required by age of exam
  • Medication reconciliation
  • Complete proper screening questionnaires based upon AAP Bright Futures
  • Maintain stocked, neat, and clean examination rooms and common work areas daily
  • Follow quality measures needed during visit for our Patient Centered Medical Home program

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Certificate or License for respective credentials
  • Minimum two years’ pediatric office experience

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability and experience with Electronic Medical Records
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and families
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures including OSHA guidelines and the Corporate Compliance Program

Schedule

  • 4 days per week with rotating Saturday clinic coverage
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 P
