CM Welder

What You’ll Do

• Perform various welding tasks, including MIG and TIG welding, according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding processes.
• Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal parts with precision.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and assembly.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust machines to maintain consistent production.
• Maintain a high level of productivity by staying proactive, engaged, and focused on daily workflow.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of welding and fabrication experience; welding certification preferred.
• Experience welding in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Skilled at working with a variety of materials, structures, and fabrication requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
• Able to quickly and repeatedly adjust machine controls with precision.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control techniques, and safety procedures.
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Able to visualize and work with parts in different configurations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.
