Job Summary

Working independently, exercising good judgment and discretion in executing and developing the Academic Success Programs within Club Sports.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Academic Enhancement of Club Sports student-athletes.
• Directly supervise Study Hall daily.
• Challenge student-athletes to achieve academic goals.
• Provide and facilitate a healthy and effective study space for student-athletes.
• Work as part of Club Sports team and individual.
• Work to enhance the Club Sports programs and uphold the mission and values of Club Sports.
• Work under the direction of the ASHA.
• Work in study hall setting.
• Maintain a flexible attitude and work ethic to work as a team and individual.

Qualifications And Credentials

• Four-year college degree, with a concentration in Business Development or Education.
• 1 + years in an office environment, functioning with 1+ of those years in a management capacity.
• Strong experience required in academic development with knowledge of a variety of sports teams’ functional requirements.
• Well-developed communication skills both verbally and written.
