Club House Server

About the role

Cooperstown All Star Village is seeking responsible, friendly, and efficient Servers who will support a high-energy, fast-paced seasonal environment. This role takes guest orders, delivers food and beverages accurately, maintains clean and organized service areas, and upholds all health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and providing excellent table service throughout their visit
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Delivering food promptly and ensuring accuracy of all orders
• Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
• Processing payments and handling POS transactions
• Providing a positive, welcoming experience for all guests

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong guest service focus

Preferred Requirements

• Food safety, ServSafe, or relevant hospitality certifications
• Full-time availability with flexibility for peak periods, opening days, and events
