Club Host & Experience Lead (MOD)

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting, high-vibe atmosphere while overseeing the daily flow of the club during your shift.
• Run game nights and social events.
• Engage members at the bar.
• Step in as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Support service standards.
• Monitor operations.
• Collaborate with tennis and club teams.
• Ensure members leave feeling like they were part of something special.

Requirements

• Charismatic, outgoing, and naturally hospitable.
• Naturally skilled in turning up the energy when it's needed and maintaining professionalism behind the scenes.
• Knowledge of tennis is a plus, especially for building connections with our racquet sports community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or strong customer service background.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Event planning and coordination.
• Customer service and hospitality.
• Leadership and management.
• Tennis knowledge (optional but preferred).
