Club Fitter Development Program

Position Summary

2nd Swing Golf is proud to offer a new and exciting opportunity for individuals interested in Club Fitting. This 18-month program aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a Certified Club Fitter within the company. Participants will embark on a comprehensive and immersive journey, starting as store associates and progressing to positions as 2nd Swing Certified Club Fitters.

Responsibilities

• Building rapport with golfers
• Creating positive, engaging, and best-in-industry one-on-one fitting experiences
• Utilizing Trackman launch monitors, Quintic, and Foresight systems to facilitate fittings
• Product merchandising and organization
• Extending customer service through trade-in transactions and point-of-sale
• Executing club repair
• Completing related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• A passion for the game of golf
• Experience as a tournament or college level player
• Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
• Aptitude for understanding the technical aspects of golf equipment
• Previous employment in the golf industry (preferred)
