Cloud Technical Writer (Remote)

About the role

A Cloud Technical Writer is needed to produce high-quality technical documentation for cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing clear, concise, and engaging technical content.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive user guides, API documentation, and other technical resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy and relevance of documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to provide relevant and timely content.
• Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and readability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience working with APIs and SDKs.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
