About the role
A Cloud Technical Writer is needed to produce high-quality technical documentation for cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing clear, concise, and engaging technical content.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive user guides, API documentation, and other technical resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy and relevance of documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to provide relevant and timely content.
- Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and readability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Experience working with APIs and SDKs.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
