About the role

Join Zachary Piper Solutions as a Cloud Support Engineer supporting a U.S. Government customer. This onsite position is located in Reston, VA and focuses on documenting and addressing system concerns within a dynamic cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Timely resolution of incoming incident tickets.
• Utilization of custom tools (e.g., Netmom, Windbg) for effective system issue resolution.
• Detection and adept rectification of system glitches.
• Thorough logging and documentation of incident resolutions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) clearance.
• Willingness to acquire proficiency in system tools such as Netmom and Windbg.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and operating systems (Linux, Windows).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and IT help‑desk troubleshooting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary up to $140,000, contingent on experience.
