About the role
Join Zachary Piper Solutions as a Cloud Support Engineer supporting a US Government Customer. This onsite position is located in Reston, VA. You will meticulously document and address system concerns within a dynamic cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Timely resolution of incoming incident tickets.
- Utilization of custom tools for the effective resolution of system issues.
- Detection and adept rectification of system glitches.
- Thorough logging and documentation of incident resolutions.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI FS Poly clearance is required.
- Openness to acquire proficiency in system tools such as Netmom and Windbg.
Pay
Competitive salary: up to $140,000, contingent on experience.
