About the role
Cloud Engineer position (Contractor, Remote) requiring 38 years of experience. Compensation: $40$60/hour.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Manage cloud compute, storage, networking, databases, and security services.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Configure VPCs/VNets, subnets, load balancers, DNS, firewalls, and IAM.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, backup, and disaster recovery.
Requirements
- 38 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, or related roles.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Experience with core cloud services covering compute, storage, networking, IAM, and databases.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and cloud networking.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or similar IaC tools.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, logging, security, and automation.
Pay
