  • Define, uphold, and advance quality standards for all learning deliverables, serving as a quality bar raiser for the team.
  • Actively leverage AI tools to optimize content development workflows, enhance content quality, and drive efficiency, and help establish best practices for AI-assisted content development across the team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a role requiring deep product knowledge (e.g., Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Manager, Support Engineer, Product Support, Salesforce Administrator) with a demonstrated track record of teaching, training, or enabling others, OR 6+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical content creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content development projects, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and a talent for explaining complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication, with strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance work processes and content development workflows.

Skills

Even better if you have:

  • Direct experience with Salesforce products and technologies.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content development tools and workflows (e.g., using generative AI for content drafting, research, or localization).
  • Experience creating and leading educational content (e.g., writing knowledge base articles, recording short tutorials, leading training sessions, presenting at user groups or conferences).
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Background in technical writing or software documentation.
