Job Title: Cloud Production Support Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite, Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Job Description: Cloud Platform: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).Observability & ITSM: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk log management, and ServiceNow incident/change management. Networking & Security: Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades. CI/CD & Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and operational script automation. Process Management: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
