About the role

The Cloud Practice Leader is responsible for driving the strategic direction of cloud initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cloud strategies that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Monitor cloud performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing cloud environments and implementing cloud-based solutions.
  • Expertise in AIMS-CIS-AWS-Infra. and strong understanding of cloud computing principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Experience in cloud security and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud governance and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in cloud management tools and platforms.

Schedule
