Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve Azure Landing Zones, networking, identity, and governance frameworks.
- Provide architectural guidance for cloud adoption, modernization, and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
- Create and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Enforce governance, security, and compliance through Azure Policy and automated controls.
- Lead SRE practices including monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident response.
- Improve platform reliability through automation, self-healing solutions, and performance optimization.
- Design, deploy, and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized workloads.
- Establish standards for scalability, security, availability, and operational support.
- Implement secure cloud architectures leveraging Microsoft Entra ID, Key Vault, Defender, and Sentinel.
- Support identity, access management, compliance, and cloud security initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud engineering or cloud architecture experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Azure architecture and platform engineering experience.
- Strong expertise with Azure Landing Zones, AKS, networking, storage, monitoring, and identity services.
- Advanced experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong knowledge of SRE principles, observability, incident management, and automation.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Azure security services, and cloud governance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-500, AZ-400).
- CKA and/or CKAD certification.
- Experience with Azure Arc, GitOps, ArgoCD, Flux, Ansible, or chaos engineering.
- Experience supporting regulated environments (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
