Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary technical contact for cloud migration projects from kickoff through completion.
- Receive and execute migration tasks defined by Project Managers, engineers, and account teams.
- Provide status updates, timeline adjustments, and technical feedback throughout the migration process.
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and technical issues and escalate appropriately.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft 365 – Entra ID and Intune required.
- Azure and O365 migration experience.
- Strong communication skills and organization skills.
- SharePoint migration tool experience preferred.
- Experience with Windows Servers and Google Cloud consoles.
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or project-based IT environment preferred.
