About the role

We're looking for a highly experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead complex S/4HANA transformation projects and ongoing application management services (AMS).

This is a high-impact role that blends technical depth, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver enterprise-wide value.

What You’ll Do

  • Design scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions across finance, supply chain, and operations
  • Lead pre-sales solutioning, client workshops, and architecture reviews
  • Guide AMS strategy and support models
  • Align SAP architecture with business goals and enterprise systems (including AWS)
  • Mentor and collaborate with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of SAP experience, including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations

  • Strong understanding of AMS support frameworks
  • Experience integrating SAP with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – AWS

We’re seeking a hands-on AWS Infrastructure Engineer to help architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade cloud environments. You’ll work across client projects to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions that support mission-critical systems, including SAP.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement AWS-based infrastructure using best practices
  • Automate provisioning and deployments with Terraform/CloudFormation
  • Manage network architecture, identity access, and data storage
  • Support integration of SAP systems and other workloads on AWS
  • Monitor system performance and implement security controls

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in AWS infrastructure and DevOps roles
  • Expertise in EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and RDS
  • Experience with IAC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Familiarity with SAP on AWS is a plus
  • AWS certification(s) strongly preferred

VP of Product – AI & Digital Strategy

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-focused Product Manager who can operate under a 0-1 mindset to lead the development of AI-enabled solutions and digital initiatives in the supply chain and manufacturing industry and across several vertical. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify product market fit, define roadmaps, and bring data-driven products to life.

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business opportunities in our SAP services portfolio. This is a high-impact role designed for a self-starter who thrives in a 0-to-1 environment, is passionate about doing what’s right for the customer, and is motivated by building long-term relationships over short-term wins.

The BDM will engage with C-level executives, open doors into strategic accounts, and position SAP implementation, migration, and transformation services in a way that delivers meaningful business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and build trusted relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CFO, COO, CHRO, etc.) in mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Develop and execute a relationship-first go-to-market strategy for SAP services that aligns with customer business goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure a value-driven narrative is presented to clients
  • Understand the client’s current technology landscape, especially around SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and related enterprise systems.
  • Build a pipeline of strategic opportunities with a focus on long-term growth and customer value.
  • Represent the company at industry events, SAP forums, and executive meetings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, advocating for the right solutions—even if it means short-term trade-offs to win long-term trust.
  • Track, measure, and report on key metrics tied to relationships, opportunity stages, and customer engagement quality.

Key Outcomes in First 90 Days

  • Open net new executive relationships across target accounts.
  • Develop a clear and prioritized account plan and contact strategy.
  • Influence at least 2–3 new qualified opportunities within the SAP services space.
  • Build trust across internal teams by collaborating on early-stage deals and value propositions.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of our unique SAP value proposition and strategic positioning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, partner development, or business development, ideally focused on SAP consulting/services or broader enterprise transformation.
  • Proven success in building C-level relationships and influencing executive decision-making in large and mid-sized enterprises.
  • Deep understanding of SAP’s product ecosystem, including ECC, S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and industry-specific SAP solutions.
  • Experience working in or with services companies, system integrators, or hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Highly collaborative, values-driven, and customer-obsessed.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Previous roles at big tech sales Amazon, Facebook, Google
