Cloud Engineer Lead (Innovation) with Security Clearance

About the role

RiVidium is seeking a Cloud Engineer Lead (Innovation) to support their planned MODES III team, which focuses on Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP).

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation-focused cloud engineering efforts supporting secure modernization and platform improvement.
• Support provisioning, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and operational continuity.
• Cookordination with security and engineering teams to maintain a secure and reliable cloud environment.
• Contribute to automation, documentation, and continuous improvement of cloud operations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Lead (15+ yrs).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
• Hands-on experience with tools, platforms, or engineering practices relevant to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role.
• Applicable DoD 8140 training and certification requirements will apply upon award.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native engineering, application delivery, automation, or reliability engineering, as applicable to the role.
• Familiarity with secure software delivery, testing, DevSecOps, or performance engineering practices.
• Experience supporting modernization efforts in regulated or mission-critical environments.
