Cloud Engineer (Innovation) with Security Clearance

About the role

RiVidium is seeking a Cloud Engineer (Innovation) to support their planned MODES III team, which focuses on Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP).

Responsibilities

• Support innovation-focused cloud engineering activities that improve security, scalability, and platform performance.
• Support provisioning, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, and operational continuity.
• Cook up coordination with security and engineering teams to maintain a secure and reliable cloud environment.
• Contribute to automation, documentation, and continuous improvement of cloud operations.

Requirements

• Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (5-8 yrs).
  • Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
  • Hands-on experience with tools, platforms, or engineering practices relevant to the role.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud-native engineering, application delivery, automation, or reliability engineering, as applicable to the role.
  • Familiarity with secure software delivery, testing, DevSecOps, or performance engineering practices.
  • Experience supporting modernization efforts in regulated or mission-critical environments.
