Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (on-premises/Azure and/or Citrix Cloud) to meet business requirements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply corrective actions to maintain high availability and optimal user experience.
- Manage user profiles and policies using Citrix Profile Management, FSLogix, or equivalent tools.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations of Citrix infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Provide technical documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures for Citrix environments.
- Work closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for Citrix services.

- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise cloud environments with foundational knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in designing, deploying, and supporting Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, Citrix ADC/NetScaler).
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or XEN.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and hybrid deployments.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V) or higher certification preferred.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Citrix Director, Citrix Analytics, or third-party solutions preferred.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN technologies.
- Knowledge of Epic or certification is highly desired.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with high availability requirements.
- May require occasional after-hours or weekend work for maintenance, upgrades, or incident resolution.
Work Arrangement
This position follows a hybrid work arrangement and requires an onsite presence once a week and as needed. Participation in an on-call rotation is required. Occasional visits may be required to Community Health Network data center locations.
