About the role

The Cloud DevOps Engineer (Java/Python) position at LTIMindtree is a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL and Irving, TX. This role requires a minimum of 7+ years of experience in application development and cloud DevOps practices, with expertise in Java and Python, Spring Boot, Terraform, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust and scalable microservices using Spring Boot and other relevant technologies.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and others.
  • Work with Snowflake, Databricks, and MongoDB Atlas to design and implement cloud-native data services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable software.
  • Use Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular is a plus.

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and other backend services/APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing microservices.
  • Experience with CICD pipelines and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality software.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in application development and cloud DevOps.
