Cloud DevOps Engineer

About the role

Operate, support, and enhance customer-facing cloud SaaS applications on AWS. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production application and infrastructure issues. Participate in incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and drive improvements to platform reliability, observability, and support processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building and maintaining AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Automate cloud operations using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Develop, debug, and maintain software enhancements and bug fixes using .NET and C#
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers in a distributed/global team environment
• Leverage experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or SRE to deliver robust, reliable cloud solutions
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring, alerting, and platform automation
• Support technology that enables customers to make critical operational and safety decisions
