About the role
As a cloud computing application architect, you will create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and utilizes cloud capabilities. Your expertise will be used to develop cloud-based solutions for complex problems, and you will work with industry leaders to inform strategy and design.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
- Recommend tools and solutions based on research of the current environment and knowledge of various cloud resources
- Work with clients to overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud
- Grow skills in areas like AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with cloud architecture
- 2+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP
- Experience with scripting tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Experience with IaC such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Bachelor's degree
Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance (required)
- DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of hire date (required)

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
This position is available on a full-time and part-time basis, with the option to work remotely, in person at a Booz Allen facility, or at a customer facility.
