About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design and implementation of new software features.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design and implementation of new software features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Ensure high-quality standards are met through code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience leading a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn new things.
Skills
- Experience with version control systems like Git.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
Schedule
The employee will work a standard 40-hour week with occasional evening and weekend work required for project deadlines.
