Cloud Architect
About the role
As a cloud computing application architect, you will create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and leverages cloud capabilities. Your role involves developing cloud-based solutions for some of the nation's toughest problems, collaborating with industry leaders to inform strategy and design, and ensuring standards are met throughout the cloud migration process.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
- Recommend tools and solutions based on research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources
- Work with your team to help clients overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud
- Grow your skills in areas like AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with cloud architecture
- 2+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
- 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP
- Experience with scripting tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Experience with IaC such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Bachelor's degree
- Clearance: Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of hire date

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
