Cloud Application Developer (React/TypeScript)

Location: Minneapolis, MN (onsite with limited flexibility)
Type: Contract (strong extension potential)

About the role

Our client is seeking an Application Developer with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript experience. The ideal candidate will have experience building applications, integrating with APIs, working with SharePoint-based data sources, and applying modern front-end development practices including component-based architecture, design systems, accessibility standards, and CI/CD methodologies. Python experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build component-based user interfaces and consume established design systems.
• Integrate applications with APIs and work with external data sources, including SharePoint and SharePoint Lists.
• Apply modern CSS and accessibility best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and support technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong application development experience using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, including routing with React Router.
• Hands-on experience integrating applications with APIs.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint Lists.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices supporting application development and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Python experience.
