Closing Agent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Closing Support Specialist to assist in managing the administrative and logistical aspects of the closing process for a growing team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other involved parties to ensure a smooth, timely, and compliant transaction closing.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate all aspects of the closing process from contract to completion
• Maintain consistent communication with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies
• Review contracts, addenda, and documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Track deadlines and ensure all contract contingencies and requirements are met
• Collect, verify, and organize all necessary documents and information
• Schedule and confirm closing appointments, including dates, times, and locations
• Provide timely updates and follow-ups to all stakeholders involved
• Troubleshoot and help resolve any issues that may delay or impact the closing
• Maintain organized records and ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and policies
• Minimal travel required

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction coordination, real estate, mortgage, title, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related platforms (CRM, transaction management systems)
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset

Pay

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The salary range for this role is provided as required by local law. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
