About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in real estate transactions. We are seeking an experienced Closing Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the closing process for residential and commercial properties
- Handle escrow accounts and ensure timely disbursements
- Communicate with clients, brokers, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and maintain timelines
- Prepare and review documents, ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Ensure all closing activities adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in closing real estate transactions
- Knowledge of local and state real estate laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
