We're hiring an Installation Tech to work alongside our Lead Installer, supporting the execution of custom closet and home organization projects in clients' homes. This isn't just a helper role, it's a front-row in a skilled trade, working with someone who takes craftsmanship and exceeding client expectations seriously and will expect the same from you.

Responsibilities

You'll assist with in-home installations of custom closet and home storage systems, reading designs, handling materials, operating tools, and keeping the job site clean, organized, and moving efficiently. The Lead sets the standard; your job is to match it and help the team deliver a finished space the client is genuinely thrilled with.

• Work with Lead to install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
• Experience with closet installation a big plus

Pay

Compensation: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
